Walked on the treadmill for 2 miles, 32 minutes, ran 6.5 miles in just under 60 minutes at a little better than a 9:13 minute/mile, 6.5 mph pace. I cooled down with another 2 mile walk, a little slower than the first one, for 33:30 minutes. So, a total of 10.5 miles this evening.
I had a lot more energy than during the previous run, and had no issues with the legs. This was a very satisfying run-- I felt good, accomplished a good goal, and am ready to hit it again tomorrow.
