Felt lazy, but thanks to Dan's encouragement, went to the treadmill, walked 15 minutes at 3.5 mph pace, jogged 1.5 miles at a 10 minute/mile pace, then walked another hour and 6 minutes at 3.5 mph for a total of a 10k walk/jog. Over time I'll increase the running and decrease walking. Total 96 minute workout today is good progress.
