With only a day or two left of graduate class, I can get back to working out. Schedule has taken it's toll on fitness. Worked out for the first time in several weeks tonight. Walked 20 minutes, ran 4 minutes at an 8 minute/mile pace, repeated that again, and then walked a final 20 minutes. I want to try to gradually replace the walking with running at an 8 minute/mile pace over the next few weeks. Sort of an interval training set. It seems to get the heartrate up better than previous workouts.
We went to Rasika last night. It is Indian cuisine. Some of the best in the DC area. I'm not a huge fan of Indian food, but it was very, very good.

Time to relax more and work out more.
We went on our 6th grade field trip today- walked around the Zoo for 2 hours- then played in Cameron Park- and went down and up Jacob's ladder... my quads were burning.
Can't wait to hang out with ya'll.
